To return items purchased on All Pet Outlet’s website, follow these steps below and our customer service representatives will be happy to help you. Terms of our standard policy (including but not limited to "non-returnable items", "restocking fee", "carrier contracts", etc.) apply.
All Pet Outlet strives to make the return process a simple and straightforward one. We understand that returning products is often a frustrating experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product. We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please follow our return guidelines below.
You will have 14 days from the purchase date to return an item that has been approved by All Pet Outlet. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization # by email (email@example.com). If you fail to return an item within the 14 days from the original purchase date, the RMA number will expire. Please note that your RMA number must be written clearly and printed on the outside of the shipping box in order for your return to be processed for either store credit or a refund.
We recommend you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees. Please allow 14-21 days. Store credit and refunds usually post to either your account or the credit card within 72 hours once approved. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. All Pet Outlet will not accept a return if there is not a valid RMA.
We will cover reasonable and customary ground shipping fees that pertain to shipping a replacement item to you, if the product was damaged or the wrong item was shipped. If the product was not damaged or the correct item was shipped, you are responsible for all shipping charges. We do not cover any shipping expense for you to return the item to All Pet Outlet. Shipping charges for undeliverable or refused shipments will be deducted from your refund. Refunds provided less shipping/handling/insurance/restocking costs. IF you have any questions regarding sizing or the description, please email us and ask before you place your order. Opened items can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for refund.

Some items cannot be returned, including:
• Labor, delivery, and/or installation services
• Consumable items such as pet food, treats, aquarium salt
• Items that are damaged or abused
• Items that are missing accessories
• Etched or otherwise personalized items
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee is applicable in some product categories unless the item is defective, or if the fee is prohibited by law. All returns are subjected to a restocking fee up to 20%
All Pet Outlet discretion: All Pet Outlet reserves the right to deny any return. All Pet Outlet reserves the right to determine the percentage of the restocking fee (up to 20%) for all returns. Refunds provided less shipping/handling/insurance/restocking costs.
